Camper Van Hire Rates & Reservations

You can collect your Bongo from our depot near Alloa and Stirling. Free parking is available. We can also collect you and your family from Alloa station free or for a small fee from Glasgow or Edinburgh airports (we do not collect from Prestwick). Our prices start at £29.50 day. There is no better and cheaper way to explore the UK.

To keep it simple we have three seasons, summer low, summer high and winter.

Our rates include:

  (surcharges apply for higher risk drivers)

• Awning with additional 2 sleeping places (free for week or more hire).

  To hire a camper 2008/9

  Simply call us on to arrange booking and fully comprehensive insurance plus any extras you may require. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  Deposits

  All hirers must leave a deposit of £750. This can be in cash or held on your credit card. This is fully refundable at return of camper. Any damage or losses will be deducted from the deposit.

  Collection

  We are happy to pick you and your family from Glasgow or Edinburgh airports or from Alloa (free), Stirling or Perth bus or train stations during our opening hours. Please provide us with your flight times and numbers if flying, or your arrival time at the local stations. Fees include pick-up and drop off.

  Insurance & damage waiver

  All Campers Scotland vehicles come with comprehensive insurance cover. A standard excess of £750 applies in the event of any damage to either our vehicle or third party property. You can reduce this to zero for £11.50 a day or to £350 for £3.95 a day. There is a £4 a day surcharge for non-UK drivers license holders and those under 26 years or over 70 years of age. Surcharges also apply to those with recent driving convictions or accidents.

  Documentation requirements

  All hire customers must bring both parts of their drivers licence, plus another form of identification and proof of address. Failure to produce these items will result in refusal to hire.
  
  Booking your van
  
  To book we ask that you pay the total hire price in advance. At least 25% of this is non-refundable should you cancel with us (see our terms and conditions below for details). By paying the fee you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. Dogs

We accept dogs in our vans - provided the vehicles are clean on return. We therefore ask that vans are vacuumed prior to return and that seats are covered with a rug to prevent stains.
